We are looking for an experienced and structured administrator for a role where you will work with issues related to sickness benefits.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage cases related to sickness benefits for users

• Contact with the Social Insurance Agency, including handling certificates and phone calls

• Collaborate to build a long-term and functioning process for sickness benefits

• Administrative tasks related to financial issues, e.g., receivables in the balance sheet

• Work in or quickly familiarize yourself with accounting systems

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in administrative work

• Documented experience in similar tasks

• Good skills in working methodically, structured, and with high accuracy

• Experience working with the Social Insurance Agency and sickness benefit cases is highly meritorious

• Experience with financial tasks is an advantage

• Good ability to understand and work in different accounting systems

• Organized and meticulous

• Methodical, structured, and solution-oriented

• Good collaboration skills and ability to fit into a smaller work group

• Independent but also unpretentious in collaboration with colleagues

Start Date and Application:

Start date: immediately

Assignment length: Initially 2–3 months. There may be an opportunity for employment with the client

Scope: Full-time. Possibility to reduce scope (for example, 50%) depending on how the process develops
